Creekside Crossing is a re-developed retail center located at the corner of Six Forks Road and Wake Forest Road in Raleigh. This project required raising the previous building pad elevation nine feet to conform to current floodplain regulations.

Civil Consultants provided site design and client representation for the first SuperTarget in North Carolina, located in Capital Plaza in Wake Forest. We also provided site planning and site preparation design for the entire 50-acre Capital Plaza development.
