Our services included initial site assessment, site planning for multi-phased development, local regulatory expertise to support a national design team, extensive liaison with local and State regulatory agencies, design team leadership, engineering design and support for various utility systems, and construction support services. The John Palmour Manufacturing Center is a largest-in-class facility that required creative design and approval approaches, all in the context of a non-typical and fast-tracked project delivery method. As the first user of the Chatham-Siler City Advanced Manufacturing MegaSite, the project included planning, design and construction of several utility and transportation infrastructure components providing benefit to the MegaSite at large.
