Franklin Grove
Franklin Grove is a 54-unit luxury townhouse development on a wooded site along Franklin Street in Chapel Hill. These attractive homes were effectively clustered in a very dense urban form, to preserve an area of extraordinary trees along the property’s street frontage. We responded to demanding project and site conditions with several innovative site design treatments, and successfully advocated for the project to obtain zoning and construction approvals.

Baity Hill
A portion of the 400-unit Baity Hill housing development for student families on the UNC-Chapel Hill campus. This project has won two awards for design excellence, and is widely recognized as having met very high client and neighborhood expectations on an extremely prominent and sensitive site.
